According to the legends Dolpo is a majestic hidden valley area which was created by Lama Guru Rinpoche as a refuge for devotee Buddhists in troubled times. There is two major parts in Dolpo Upper Dolpo and Lower Dolpo, both of them are popular hidden valley trek in Nepal. The all are traditional buddies’ people who grow Barly, Patato, yaks so no. They used to live in very high altitude at 4260m which is world’s highest settlement. There is alos a popular national park called Shey-Phoksundo national park which is speared at 3.555 sq km it is largest national park in Nepal. There is many rare animals such as blue sheep,leopards, wolves, Himalayan black bear etc.
