Forests at lower altitudes, fir, juniper, birch and Rhododendron woods, scrub and alpine plant communities, and bare rock and snow.
The famed bloom of Rhododendrons occurs during spring (April and May) although other flora is mostly colorful during the monsoon season (June to August).
Wild animals most likely to be seen in the park are the Himalayan Thar, Goral, Serow and Musk deer. The snow leopard and Himalayan black bear are present but rarely sighted, other mammals rarely seen are the weasel, marten, Himalayan mouse hare (Pika), and jackal and languor monkey.
The park is populated by approximately 3,000 of the famed Sherpa people whose lives are interwoven with the teaching of Buddhism. The main settlements are Namche Bazaar, Khumjung, Khunde, Thame, Thyangboche, Pangboche and Phortse. The economy of the Khumbu Sherpa community has traditionally been heavily based on trade and livestock herding.But with the coming of international mountaineering expeditions since 1950 and the influx of foreign trekkers, the Sherpa economy today is becoming increasingly dependent on tourism.
DAY 01: Arrive at Kathmandu.
We will provide you a private vehicle from airport to the hotel when you arrive at Kathmandu TIA airport. There will be a guy who has been working under safe holiday adventure he will pick up you. Once you checked in to the hotel we will give you some information about trekking and about local scenario of Kathmandu.
DAY 02: World heritage site tour in Kathmandu.
When you are ready at your hotel after your breakfast on time we will provide you a private transportation and Lisence holder city guide for your city day tour. As we have many temples, arts, Gompa and Stupas we will take you there and our guide will give you information about each and every things especially when you are in UNSCO world heritage sights. You going to visit major 4 places by private transport and after that you will be back to your hotel. Over night in Kathmandu hotel and prepare for your trek.
DAY 03: Drive to Shivalaya 1,770 m – 8 hrs.
This is your early weak up day because you have to go for long journey about 8 to 9 hours by Bus via Jiri. There are many beautiful slop landscape and local residency during your drive and also big and clear rivers. When you reach at sivalaya you will sleep at tea house. It is lovely village next to the river.
DAY 04: Trek to Bhandar (Chyangma) 2,195m – 05 hrs.
We have to starts a day early again as usual in the mountain life people used to weak up at 5.30 am to 6 am , when we finish our breakfast we will walk straight up to the hill through forest and some local houses. When you finish the climb and reach at the top of the ridge there is small area called Deurali which is scenic place and calm, where we can have lunch than descending to Bhandar which is big area and flat residency area. It is where we will find a place to sleep.
DAY 06: Trek to Sete 2,575 m – 06 hrs.
After your breakfast in the hotel we going to walk in the morning through some houses, the area where we follow the green wide valley and rivers on the side. After few hours walking you will reach at Kinja which is located at the bank of river also it is where we will rest and take breakfast than after we have to go straight up continue to Sete , it is quite high and the view to the west valley will be just Paradase from the hotel where we sleep.
DAY 07: Trek to Junbesi 2,675m via Lamjura-la 3,530m – 06 hrs.
It is one of our best walking day but at the beginning we have to go agaion straight to lamjura which is 3450m high about so the first 3 hours going to be challenging than we go straight down to Toktok and flat walk to Junbeshi. Junbeshi is a perfect place to experience the culture because it is big area where we can walk around and visit Gompa, traditional houses, their daily life styles . it is located in the valley and river at the side .we sleep one night there in the lodge.
DAY 08: Trek to Nunthala (Manidingma) 2,190 m – 0 6 hrs.
After fresh local food as a breakfast our day adventure starts again from junbeshi . we have to cross the bridge and need to go up through pine forest and hut of animals. The main highlights of the day is terrace field, white Stupa, Maniwalls, forest and beautiful Sherpa villages(Ringmo and Taksindo). It is also similar scenario like other day need to go up and down one by one till Taksindo Danda than we trek straight down to Nunthala which is long spared village has quite some tea house for sleep , we will sleep there that day.
DAY 09: Trek to Bupsa Danda 2,250 m 06 hrs.
This day our mission starts to walk after breakfast straight to the bottom of the hill where we can see the long bridge over Dudhkoshi. After crossing this bridge we go slowly towards Jubing which is going through the millet field, ans stone made steeps up to the mountain. Jubing is small Rai cast village they are friendly and kind so after passing this lovely settlement we continue go up to the ridge via stone made step than flat walk to Kharikhola, it is where we eat our lunch than climbs again slowly to Bupsa where we going to eat our dinner and get our private room in the lodge.
DAY 10: Trek to Surkhe 2,295 m – 06 hrs.
Our destination is Surkhe for today , so after we finish our morning breakfast in the hotel we all start to walk in to the forest and the scary slope hill side walk. We need to go slow and safely as it is really deep valley to the left side of the trail we walk. We going to see many poor porters along the way going up and down they are supplying the foods in Khumbu. After passing several local area we will reach at Chheubas than we follow the small trails going through the forest towards Surke. We going to stay in Sherpa lodge one night.
DAY 11: Trek to Phakding 2,650 m – 05 hrs.
Our day starts again early morning from Surke it is small local Sherpa area located below Lukla in the valley. The first walking trail we gong to walk through some trees and farms but straight up for about 1 hours than we follow a wider trail which is much easier . after passing that straight upo hill we will reach at Chheplung where we can see more house, flat area Where they grow so many potatoes and beans . when we all get there at Chheplung the magnificent mountain view will be just to the left and glorious mountain s towards the valley of Phakding. After passing Chheplung, Thado Koshi and Ghat every 30 minute walk we finally reach to Phkidng which is long spared village here we go for sleep that night.
DAY 12: Trek to Namche 3,440 m – 06 hrs.
Trekking to Namche is quite long walk but the first 3 hours going to be Gradual up along the river and through some beautiful Sherpa local villages such as Toktok, Banker,Chumo so no than after we will able to reach Monjo it is where we should show our trek permit and TIMS card in the Sagarmath check point than decent few minute to lunch place Jorsalle. When we refilled our stomach we continue our journey towards Namche . so after lunch we will follow the small trails going to the other side of the hill passing over the bridges than we go steeply up to namche about 2 hours. Just to tell you this day you get to see the view of Mt. Everest and many other high mountains. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.
DAY 13: Acclimatization In Namche bazaar and excursion Around.
It is your easy day comparatively. So we will walk up to the hill about 20 minute steeply than we can have such a wonderful green valley and many mountains around including a glimpse of everest. After visiting the view point we will see the Sagarmatha national park museum it is just next to the view point where you can see and read the history of Shrepa people, their culture, trekking route, Everest khumbu’s history and mnay information about flora an faunas. Over night again in Namche lodge.
DAY 14: Trek to Tyangboche 3,867 m – 05hrs.
Our mission are fit and fine again after spending two night at Namche. The first walk we gpoing to start from 15 minute steep walk to the painted massif stone to the right top of namche than we follow the right trail which is flat and easy to walk also it is picturesque day. The view in the valley and everest ranges are just unbeliefable as it is open area helps you to make great photo shoot.
DAY 15: Trek to Dingboche 4,260 m – 05hrs.
This morning we should weak up early morning to order our breakfast because Tyangbuche is a small area but stay many trekkers because it is beautiful place located on the ridge. So after breakfast we walk steeply down about 20 minute to Debuche where we see some tea house, inns and some animals. We follow the small walking route continue to the river through small forest than cross the river recently we have to go up again slowly on a slop hill ridge than we will be at Pancgbuche. After passing Pangbuche we will have flat and gradual up to Somare where we take lunch than walk another 2 hrs to get Digbuhe it is where we going to spent the night but is such a best place for everything.
DAY 16: Trek to Lobuche 4,930 m – 05 hrs.
We going to start our journey about 8 or 9 am from Dingbuche because we will have whole day and need to walk only 5 hours so we can start slowly after some food at the lodge we go up the the ridge of small hill behind the hotel about 2o minute than we follow straight small path towards Dhukla it is about 2 to 3 hours easy walk than we make small break and also some lunch there. After passing Dhukla we go straight up to the memorial ridge about 45 minute than easy walk again to the right side valley towards Lobuche about 1.30 minute than you day is done.
DAY 17: Trek to Gorakshep 5,170 m and to Everest Base Camp
5,364 m and back to Gorakshep hotel – 07 hrs.
It is one of the longest day of your entire trip and also quite difficult day because we have to walk 7 hours on a high mountain area and need to spent the night there. It is really wonderful day to experience the beautiful nature, glorious high mountains including Mt Everest and unbelievable glacier. You have to breath each and every step yo walk and drink a lot this day and also if it is possible you sleep with hot bag inside your sleeping liner. Over night in the Lodge.
DAY 18: Hike to Kalapathar 5,545 m trek to Pheriche 4,240 m – 05 hrs.
We start our day even earlier this day at 4 am from the lodge than walk steeply up to the ridge of Kalapather. It is wide and open area walk but the level of oxygen is really low it means we need to go very slow . when we get to the top of Kalapather you can see the breathtaking spectacular mountain view like pop corn popping up so many long and enormous Glacier Spreading to Lobbuce. After having best Himalayan view we go back to the lodge take some food and descent to Pheriche about 5 hours. It is big wide village and much lower helps you to sleep better.
DAY 19: Trek to Namche Bazaar – 07 hrs.
It is again your all descent walk after you finish your breakfast except before Tyagbuhe and after Funki thanga, We will follow the same trail we took when we were going up. After 7 hours easy walking trail lead us to Beautiful Namche. We sleep one night there.
DAY 20: Trek to Lukla – 07 hrs
Walking from Namche bazaar to Lukla takes 7 hours via same way along the river and glorious Himalayan range. It is your last walking day after so many days going up and down you going to finish your trek. Once we reach at Phakding we will stop for lunch than easy 3 hours walk to Lukla passing some Mani walls, Gompa, prayer flags and local houses. Overnight In Lukla lodge.
DAY 21: Fly to Kathmandu.
Our mission going to fly in the morning this day as we have time than when we arrive in Kathmandu we will drop you to your hotel and we can meet for dinner together. Overnight in the lovely Hotel.
DAY 22: International departure
As per the time you provided we will give you drop service from your hotel to airport in a comfortable private Car/Jeep/Van.

Can I get visa when I reach in Kathmandu TIA airport?
It is very easy to get visa when you arrive in Kathmandu international Airport. Beside few countries most of the people from all different countries can get visa. If you are staying in Nepal for 15 days you have to pay 25$ and a month stay cost 30$ and cost 100$ for 90 Days tourist visa. Don’t forget to get 2 passport size photograph with you for visa.

What season is the best or month to visit Nepal?
We have so many different area trekking and tour where still we trek in monsoon and winter but the best season is spring and Autumn.
Can a trek in Nepal?
Here we have so many different trekking route and tours, which is categorized in little option such as easy, moderate, adventure and challenging. So, if you are not that fir you can trek till 3000m takes 5 days, similarly 3000 to 4000m high altitude trekking can be good for simply fit visitors and more than high path trek you need some training and need to fit. On a request we can costomize the trekking itinerary but in general we have to walk about 3 hours to 6 hours a day.
What kind of accommodation I will get in the mountain?
The accommodations in the mountain are very good than you are expecting now because now a days there so many new modern buildings if you are doing lower loop trek below 3000m, but if you trek over 3000m high are you will get clean and net private room which h is made by wood in general and also in a lower loop area trek you can get bathroom inside your private room but trekking over 3000m high you can’t get bathroom in your private room. Hardly may you find some places in this case.
What short of path we going to walk in the mountain?
It depends at what area you are trekking but in general Annapurna, Langtang has similar landscapes and trails which is stone made steeps and green around walking path but in the case of Everest and upper mustang area the trails are dusty, dry sand and very few trees around. If there is steps on trail that helps to you to walk better.
What kind of food can I have during the trek?
While you are in Kathmandu and Pokhara obviously you can have all kind of food on a choice but during your trek in the mountain you can get, Pasta, Momo (dumpling food), Rice, pancake, Apple pie, Nepali foods. But in general they every tea house have menu and they serve you western foods, nepali foods, continental and Indian food. Just to tell that only if you are trekking in newly opened area trek or really high area you might not get all kind of food so we should ask what they have some time in high season.

Is trekking safe in Nepal?

Is there any Mobile signal or wifi service during the trekking the mountain?
Yes you can get phone signal and service most of the popular trekking such as Everest, Annapurna and Langtang. Since few years you can also use internet service (wifi) in some lodges but need to pay.
What are the essential things to carry during the trek?
Our porter will carry your big bags and your extra weights too what you have to carry is just your personal day bag with bottle of water, fleece jacket, warm hat, gloves, sun cream, some medicine and wind proof jacket and wind proof pant. Generally you have to reduce your extra weight of your bags that you can leave in Kathmandu hotel as you get one porter for two trekkers you are allow to have 12 kg each of it means porters nee to carry 24 kg in total.
What do I need to do if I get mountain sickness?
You suppose to have your insurance in general when you are travelling and especially in the case of high area trekking. We will have some first aid medicine with us and give you some tip too what is best to do when you have sickness but some time might not work so in that case we have to go down and still if you are same and nothing improved we arrange emergency chopper service through your insurance than you will transfer to the hospital where ever closer from the mountain than after an hour you will be fine. We have all well train guide and he knows what should be done when our clients get sick so he will give you useful information and help you you follow him.
What kind of medicine can I take with me?
Generally our guide will take mountain related medicine but beside that you can take with you too because when we have big group you might not be close by from your guide so each trekkers need to carry their first aid medicine with them. Diomax is a common medicine for altitude sickness.
